Exchange and Return Policy
Normally returned products
After fulfilling the conditions set out below, our return policy is a "no questions asked" and allows you to return received products to us for any reason up to ten days from the date of your order. We will reimburse you for the full face value of undamaged products duly returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges) (i) via the original payment method with which you paid or in cash if you return the product to the store, (ii) electronically refunding you On the site, you can shop at any time for any product (gift card). To obtain the electronic credit, customers who have completed the purchase process as a visitor must register their own account through the site and register their data with us.
Damaged products/improperly fulfilled orders
If the order was received damaged or if it is a product other than what you ordered, then please return the product to us in the same condition received it within seven days of your receipt for a full refund, including the delivery charges for the original order. Products may be replaced or repaired. Defective products may also enjoy a manufacturer\'s warranty
Product return process:
- Returning the product to our store located in Sana\'a, Haddah Street, Rimas Roundabout, next to Al Tawfeer Hyper or
- Contact us by calling 777733771 to arrange an appointment to receive the product from your address to which the product was delivered inside Sana\'a. A receipt fee equal to the original delivery fee will apply unless the returned product is defective or delivered in error; or
- The product is shipped to our address mentioned above, and in this case, please contact us in advance so that we can provide you with the recipient’s details
General provisions that apply to all returns and exchanges
In order to be eligible for a refund or product exchange from the store, all products must be returned to us within 10 days of ordering:
The returns must be
- Unaltered, unused, fully intact and in resellable condition (or the condition in which it was received from us or our agents). The shoes must be intact without any damages, whether in the sole or otherwise;
- In its original packaging/box/dust-proof, with all trademarks, product labels/price tags/instructions included and not removed.
- Attached is the original order confirmation.
- We reserve the right to refuse orders from customers who have high levels of repeat product returns
You may contact us at any time before your order is marked as “Pending” on our site, to cancel or change the order. If you do, we will, at your request: (i) cancel the order free of charge and return the full amount paid to you, (ii) do our best to change it, subject to stock availability, and any price adjustments. If the order has been shipped, please wait for the product to be delivered and use the return process. Our team has the right to cancel your order if you have chosen a cash on delivery method.
